I would like to add my voice here - I am a serious and heavy OneNote user, and I prefer OneNote to Evernote for a number of reasons. But the absence of this basic feature cripples OneNote on my phone to the point that I regularly consider deleting the app altogether (on my phone). Why on earth can this simple fix not be implemented after so long?

It's either completely mad or a deliberate policy not to have this feature for the Mac version of OneNote. I use OneNote on my desktop PC, the Mac version on my work computer and iPad. There are quite a few features in the Windows version that are (deliberately I suspect) missing on the Mac version. On the Mac side: you can't collapse subpages; you can't open a second window from the View menu; the keyboard shortcuts are deficient, and there other problems. The Mac version of Outlook doesn't allow you to send emails directly into OneNote as Outlook for Windows does - another serious lack.
One Note is still useful on the Mac, but it's nowhere near as good as the PC version. I use OneNote every day. These deficiencies mean that I would never move over to Mac if the choice were up to me. Which probably explains everything.Anonymous supported this idea ·
