Yes this would be really good.
As a general principle it would be great if we could define multi-state tags eg
1: CTRL-1 (first time) results in one icon and text format (eg empty checkbox, text highlighted red to make it really easy to spot non-started TO DO on a page of dense text, eg an action)
2: CTRL-1 (2nd time) changes the icon and text format (eg checkbox with one strike or a tick, text highlighted Yellow ie it's started)
3: CTRL-1 (3rd time) changes the icon and text format (eg checkbox with two strikes or a cross, text highlighted green ie it's complete)
perhaps more options if someone wants.

This could be used so only one hotkey is used to prioritise - CTRL-3 (1 press = Gold star top priority, 2nd press = Red star 2nd priority, 3rd press = orange star lower priority, 4th press = grey star downrite low priority)

Would be really useful if someone could adapt OneNote to this level of customisability
