    Since Android Marshmallow has been released, this should be a feature. OneNote needs to be able to move to the SD card, even if the OneNote Clipper has to become it's own app.

    Go download a keyboard app that has autocorrect/predictions. I recommend SwiftKey keyboard, although I also like the Excel keyboard with OneNote sometimes.

    This is not a solution, but a workaround would be to use the scroll wheel on a mouse or the arrow keys on your keyboard

    These options are all available. You can set it to automatically open or NOT automatically open in Settings.
