Work or School Account Only (needs fix)
I am having an issue with the app's sign-in that I can reproduce on all the computers in my organization.
From a Windows 10 PC (Enterprise 1909) that is Azure AD joined and enrolled in Intune MDM, if the Intune policy restricts "Microsoft account" and "Non-Microsoft account" in the Windows 10 device restrictions policy template under "Cloud and Storage", the Sticky Notes app (in my case, version 184.108.40.206) cannot sign-in to any account. It displays error "Can't sign in with a Microsoft account. This program is blocked by group policy... 0x800704ec". The expected behavior, at least it would seem to me, is that the app should allow sign-in with the user's AzureAD work or school account. IN FACT, on this same computer with the Intune MDM device restrictions applied, the Microsoft "To Do" app DOES sign-in with the user's AzureAD account exactly as I would expect. There seems to be an additional pop-up that occurs with the To Do app (which doesn't with Sticky Notes) after clicking the "Sign-in" button: it allows you to choose the account type, the options being "Work or School" which works, and "Microsoft account" which doesn't (since we have the Intune policy restricting it).
Can we please modify/fix the sign-in for the Sticky Notes app so that it only allows "Work or School" accounts when this restriction policy is set in Intune MDM (matching that of the To Do app)?

We experience exactly the same behaviour ! And noticed some issues with OneNote at the same time, probably related to the same thing.
