Content Library - Updating (not copying) across multiple notebooks
I see that there was a previous similar suggestion that you have marked as completed but I have yet to actually achieve what is needed.
I need to update the sections and pages already in a content library across multiple class notebooks.
WIth COVID-19 many schools are now using OneNote to deliver online learning. The content library is where many of us are putting lessons each week as the students can't make changes to theses pages. Lots of teachers who have multiple classnote books will be wanting to update the content library each week I would think.
When I want to copy a content library to another notebook's content library I can do that the first time by using the 'distribute content library' function. However, when I make updates to the content library I can't distribute those changed pages to the content library in other notebooks.
If I pick 'cross notebook distribution' I only have option to distribute the page to the student's personal notebook not the content library of the class notebook. If I choose copy content library then I end up with two copies of the sections/pages. Neither of these options are suitable.

I have found a bit of a work around at the moment - it's slow if you have a lot of class notebooks but it still works. In the desktop version only you can copy pages across notebooks to any section in the notebook you like e.g. a content library page in onenote book to a content library page in another notebook. Go to page you want to copy, right click on the page name shown on the right hand side, select move/copy page option and you will get a menu pop up to pick anyone of your notebooks, click on the + to see the notebook sections. Hit copy button. Repeat for next notebook you want to copy to.
