Background Colour
I am an educator at Cardiff and Vale College and creating resources for dyslexic students in OneNote Desktop. I have changed page colours to make them dyslexia friendly although when opening in the online version this reverts back to standard white.
I am aware this has been reported and the response has been that there is no option in OneNote online to change the background colour neither is there any plans to include this in any future upgrades.
Therefor I would like to stress how inportant it is for this feature to be enabled on Onenote online and any other MS Office App. Many students will only be accessing the online version either from home or a college computer which may not have the desktop version installed meaning that for somebody with a visual processing difficulty will not be able to access the resource thus perpetuating the barrier to accessing the curriculum.

This is fully rolled out in OneNote Online and on the “View” tab

With the rollout of colours. I have black as a standard colour across all of my Microsoft applications, however now that the colour black has run through to onenote, I now have previously entered notes especially templates that have all been thrown out and not visible. How can I have one note background remain white.

Now can we roll out the lined/grid paper and paper size options too!!! I teach math the lines and grids help students write neater on their tablets so it prevents less confusion/mess when working out long arithmetic problems.

I think that this works now. But as a work around I put all work inside a single cell table with a background.
