Import Images Consistently in Article Mode
OneNote Clipper oftentimes imports an article without its associated images. In their place is a placeholder with the same dimensions as the original image and a small red X indicating that the image could not be found. This consistently occurs on some sites, while working perfectly on others. Many have said that it may have to do with the image being hosted on an https:// server? Either way, it would be helpful if the web clipper consistently imported images associated with an article. Thank you!
Same for me, and it has been years for all of us, it's most likely because the Clipper can only dealt with some specific ways how a website display its images.
There is a discussion on Microsoft Community:
Yes, very much needed!
Clipper does not save images on web pages
The same thing happens in Firefox too. Really frustrating! Please fix it. I don't seem to have had the problem on http sites but I do on the vast majority of https sites - and https are what most sites are these days.
Same issue for me. I haven't seen a single thread discussing this issue where Microsoft replies though, so I doubt they care.

This is also an issue that I have for most web pages that I have tried to clip.

its a big tease! They look great in the preview before you hit <Clip> but don't show up in the OneNote page. Example URL: https://www.americaninno.com/boston/50-on-fire/how-whoop-became-a-beloved-wearable-among-pro-athletes/
