Add an option for survery's or forms. Possibly even create another office app for forms.
An easy way for people to answer questions, and the owner to view the responses.

I Agree... having the ability to setup Forms in MS OneNote would be ideal. Currently I create and use templates with fields and check boxes, etc.... Each page page is a static instance of what I capture/ I'm tracking.
Having the ability to map those fields, check boxes, etc. as "Form" elements and push them into a light weight DB (like Excel or MS Access) would provide a big productivity boost for me.
