Optimize for students use with gestures
Please optimize OneNote for students use. I'm printing my PDF's of my lectures to OneNote on my Surface Pro 3.
So I have all my lectures always in OneDrive and can edit them with my Surface pen wherever I'am.
But for a smarter user experience OneNote needs some new view options like Microsofts PDF Reader app. That shows you all pages if you pinch to zoom out. You could add for example a new gesture to open this view mode (for example swiping down with thre fingers).
And there should be an option to switch to another page with an index like the Reader app. But OneNote inserts every single page of a PDF sperate which is very confusing.
Please also add an gestures which allows students to get to next page by swiping with two fingers for example.
You could also add a gesture to swipe down from upper display border to open the ribbon bar in fullscreen mode.
Besides the PDF's should be saved in OneNote more space-saving. If my PDF is 10MB the OneNote file is every time much larger. So all my lectures of 1 semester need almost 1GB space in OneNote but only 300MB as original PDF.
This improvements and more would allow a completle new user experience especially for students with pen supported tablets who use there OneNote intensively for studies.
