Allow anchored boxes
As it is now, a lot of editing parts of a page such as a spreadsheet can actually start to grow and encroach/overlay with other content. I think there needs to be an anchor click on a corner for example to prevent the content boxes from overlapping and maintaining their distance. Try editing a spreadsheet, adding a sheet, and then save. It grows, and if you have pictures or anything else that was close, it will be a mess now.

I'm a teacher using OneNote in my classes. I take a worksheet, print it to OneNote and then ask my students to click to type on the worksheet and "fill" it out. Since their text isn't anchored, they can type something above something else and all their text below can move. Super frustrating.
Enabling anchoring would enable more teachers to use OneNote like the virtual paper it claims to be.

I definitely support this idea !
Anchoring different objects of same nature (various note containers) or different nature (one box container and handwritten annotations) would be a great improvement in OneNote.
Actually, that seems possible for the later at least, if you look at https://onenote2016.wordpress.com/2016/11/23/anchor-ink-annotations-to-picture/
Be able to 'lock' text boxes/images etc in place on the notebook page - so when you add something else or insert a printout, everything stays in the same place.
