How can we improve OneNote for Windows?

Make links to files stored on PC work

In the Microsoft Store version of OneNote, when I click on a link to a file stored on my PC, I get the message "Sorry, we couldn't open the notes you were looking for. They may have been moved or deleted or you may not have permission to open them."
Links to files work fine in OneNote 2016. Please make them work in the Store version.

I believe this is a security concern, as for me in onenote 2016 I get "Microsoft Office has identified a potential security concern. This location may be unsafe. Hyperlinks can be harmful to your computer and data. To protect your computer, click only those hyperlinks from trusted sources. Do you want to continue?"

This security notice does not appear with the UWP app, meaning that I cannot authorise it. This causes problems in documentation that links to shared filestores.
