Have an option for business accounts to copy Notebooks in their entirety or to make notebook templates that can then be used multiple times

You can do this today if you go to the folder the OneNote is stored in within SharePoint or OneDrive. You can find this direct link by right clicking on the NoteBook within OneNote and choose "Copy Link to Notebook"
Paste it in NotePad to get what you need... The last part will start with "onenote:https://...." that is your direct location. Remove the OneNote "name" from the end after "SiteAssets"
Your OneNote file will reside in: https://site.sharepoint.com/sites/CCIOSalesTeam/SiteAssets/
FYI This also works for OneDrive locations.
I'm a teacher and have made a onenote program folder. I would love to keep the existing one with my annotations (I'm required by our Department of Education to do this), but create a new one for 2019 based on the last one. Is there a way of doing this now or could you incorporate this for an updated onenote notebook?
