Consider implementing URL schemes for iOS
This would allow expanded use in iOS automation apps like Launch Center Pro and Drafts, extending Onenote workflows to integrate with other applications (such as calendar or to-do applications)
You can create a simple workaround using Workflow that is connecting the two through the clipboard (Send to OneNote, Extract OneNote Links to Omni). There are no official ones, but it is easy to adjust some yourself.
1. Create links on a Desktop OneNote device.
2. Copy the created links on your iOS device (multiple links at once supported).
3. This workflow replaces the links in your clipboard with the chosen ones (if there where more than one) and corrects the syntax so that other apps can use them directly.
(Optional 4.) You can add a direct command to write the created links in e.g. OmniFocus inbox.

Ofc an official support and the ability to create Links in iOS would be very appreciated - till then we will need to live with what we got.
Have fun experimenting!

This would help me out a lot with copying links to OneNote pages that I can add to my Tasks in the OmniFocus iOS app.
This would be so useful. I want to open specific pages and append to existing pages from the apps Launch Pad and Workflow apps.

This would make using OneNote in my everyday workflow much more effective. This appears to be the one thing holding back OneNote from being better than Evernote on iOS.

I think this would be a very welcome addition! I would love to use Workflow and Launch Pad with OneNote.
Note: On the Windows version of OneNote, when you create a URL to a OneNote section/paragraph/etc. It puts in the clipboard two urls. (1) http:// and (2) OneNote:etc//
If you copy the OneNote: link to the iOS device and manually type // after the colon (OneNote://) then the URL scheme works from other apps to directly link to a specific section/paragraph/etc.
This is great, but on the iOS device we currently can't create the original OneNote: URL, we can only copy the Http:// URL. (I.e. The iOS device only creates the (1) link in the clipboard, not the (2) as would also be useful to power users).
As Yama says, it (partially) works... But it could be simpler...
You have to copy the link from a desktop app (I'll make some examples):
just copy it in Launch center pro to open the notebook
It didn't work, so I changed the url into this:
as before: copy it in Launch center pro to open the notebook
- I didn't try with pages.
I don't know how to create new pages... This would be useful. Something like (following Jason's example): OneNote://notebook="insertname"&page="insertname"&text="noteText"
It's possible to use URL schemes, I'm doing this and it works perfectly.
You just have to get/create the link to a page/section and use it in an app like Launch Center Pro or Drafts to launch it. Sometimes it's not possible if the URL contains special characters or Emojis. In this case you just have to URL encode the link (there are some Workflows and Drafts actions which can do that).

Also the automation app for iOS "Workflow" would integrate well with A OneNote URL scheme.
Currently I'm having to use Evernote or Drafts for iOS as they support URL schemes.
Would like ability to link to a specific notebook and or page as well.
