I really don't understand why do Mac users need to vote for a feature like this ?

I am almost completely switched to Microsoft Office 365. Was amazed with the improvements that have been made, however, unfortunately bumbed into this issue.
My workflow is significantly hindered by this not being available, please make add this feature for mac users.

It's ridiculous that Mac users need to vote for features already available. Especially, since this appears to have been an issue for years.
Please add this feature and make Office products platform/OS agnostic.
Why there is no price difference between Office for Mac and Office for Windows, considering those important difference between the two version !!
Please add this feature, it's the most important interest of OneNote compared other products (free) like Trello.
Please add this feature
Please PLEASE add this to MAC. Otherwise, businesses who use primarily PC, but are moving to MAC will also use OneNote.
Please add this feature. It’s long overdue

The ability to integrate between Outlook and One Note on a Mac is so basic in need I find it difficult to understand why it has not already been done.
I was previously a PC user and used this functionality routinely. Previously to that, I used Lotus Notes to do the same thing.
The program is called "One Note" for a reason, it is the only app you need to take notes and create tasks, if only it integrated Tasks, Reminders, Meeting Minutes, into Outlook and the ability to export emails from Outlook into One Note.
With this feature missing, I find it impacts severely on my daily workflow because I have to maintain two apps for every task. This is time-consuming, frustrating and very prone to error, including missed appointments!
The defunct Wunderlist and the new "Microsoft To-Do" are not even close to matching One Note's functionality if only it integrated to Outlook as requested.
I can fathom why Microsoft spent time creating a new To-Do list app, rather than making One Note Integrate to Outlook.
Can't believe this request is 6 years old...
The app would be perfect if only we could add reminders to the taks.

Please help us be as productive with OneNote as Windows users! We need to be able to create Outlook tasks from our OneNote notes.
please make all features of One Note PC available to Mac OS versions
Please add this meeting details to one note. It would be a huge advantage over notability and good notes.

Ahh, that explains it. This is the one reason I wanted to use OneNote with our offices 365 sub. No wonder I couldn't figure out how to make it work. It's not a feature. Major hole in the MS product suite for mac.
Looks like I'll go back to Evernote and Wunderlist.
YES, the reason I don't use OneNote is this very reason.
Please add it as soon as possible.
Why is this functionality not already present?
Working with MS ToDo that already shows my private items, my flagged emails, and my planner items from MS Teams, getting OneNote ToDos with a proper link from OneNote via Outlook to MS ToDo would really really close the loop and enable a proper workflow!
Please add the ability to link OneNote tasks to Outlook in the mac version. This would add important functionality that I need.
