Please fix the bug that prevents the Android app from accessing the "Settings" and "Send Feedback" screens
Once I have signed-in to my Microsoft account in OneNote, I can no longer access the "Settings" and "Send Feedback" screens. Attempting to select either of these menu items momentarily (< 1 sec) flashes the appropriate page but then dumps me back to the Notebook page.

Microsoft, is this still an issue? There doesn't seem to be much loop-closing going on with this UserVoice. I'm trying to find new feedback like mine, but it's sort of swamped by older feedback that's already been done or is so old it's probably forgotten?
I have same problem on Note 4 since approx 2 months. Before 1 year never. Even I can't open notebook in home page. So I can't sync with OneDrive account. I need mobile OneNote for professional use and now I'm blocked, and no solution or answer from MS 2, 3 months.
