BUG: Onenote can't sync on Samsung Galaxy A71, A70 (with Android 10) and S10 Lite
the current OneNote Android App 16.0.12827.20234 can't sync Notebooks on the following Samsung Phones:
- Galaxy A71
- Galaxy A70 after Android 10 update
- Galaxy S10 Lite
Notebooks got allways the sync error codes 0xE000283C and "0xE000006B b6d09".
Steps to reproduce:
1. install Onenote from Play store on one of the Samsung Phones
2. Open Notebook either directly in Onenote App or by click a Notebook in Onedrive app and open it in Onenote Mobile App
3. Wait to see the Notebook icon is gray with a exclamation mark
4. tap on the 3 dots to see the sync errors
This also happen with old notebooks and with new created notebooks.

It's a shame, so that means I won't be able to update ringtones on https://toquedecelular.com/

After last Samsung Update, Onenote works again. So check your phones to a new OS update.

This is the response to my last request:
Thank you for your response.
We already have started the investigation at our end. Talking about checking it on different devices on Android version 10 with the last security update for May it works fine and all Notebooks sync.
The issue seems to be with some specific devices like you said on your old device with Android version 9 it works fine. I will let you know about any progress which we make so let’s stay hopeful.
As of now we will have to wait.

I have same issue on Galaxy S10 Lite (SM-G770F/DS) running Android 10.Using OneNote version 16.0.12827.20234. The sync doesn't work, it never complete. I already cleared the cache and data in the App Info, reinstalled the App via Play Store, and desperately factory reset my phone just to see if it can solve the issue. You can reproduce the issue by following the steps explained by Damien.
Strangely, the Sticky Notes can still sync flawlessly almost in real-time.All my phone (Galaxy S7 Edge running 8.0) and tablet (Galaxy Tab S2 running Android 7.0) can sync without problem with the latest update (16.0.12827.20234).
Version downgrade to (I tried 16.0.11126.20059) is the only way to make the OneNote works for me right now.
I hope the information helps and I really hope that the OneNote team can fix this bug quickly. Thank you OneNote team.

Same issue on A71.
0xE000283C error code is the most frequent one.
Some sections won't open at all showing "we couldn't open this section". But if they do, then most of the notes inthere will have "we can't display this page" or something along those lines. -
