handwriting to text on OneNote for Android
Get handwriting to text for OneNote in Android just like in the Windows version. Otherwise, what is the point? I want my Android Notes to transfer to text that I can access on my Windows machine (or elsewhere) later. That is why I would get OneNote on my android device.

Bummer... not on Note 10 +, Some moron didn't add it. Samsung has it right out of the box.
Absolutely required for anyone having an Android tablet and a computer using OneNote.

Using my Samsung galaxy tab s6 with onenote. The only thing I can think of is to use the built in Samsung keyboard and use the ink to text in that to be able to get text in notes.. Not smooth.. Please, ink to text now! 🙁👍

Please add convert to text on Android
Have been a user of OneNote for so many years.
Purchased a tab s4 for travel and found the android. version of one note to be very substandard
Please start to update the functions to be more inline with the desktop version
Allow switching between handwriting and typing and include ink to text.

Google Keep and Samsung Notes can convert handwriting to text, so why not OneNote? This omission handicaps productivity and keeps users from full adoption of the Office ecosystem, using the other solutions on mobile instead.

When I create a new Onenote section the Direct Pen Input Functionality comes up, but once I close it I can't open it again. I am on a Samsung Galaxy Note 9. How do I get back to it, please?
Please add this feature for Android

Ink to text works on ipad Pro. My daughter demonstrated it for me and I was so impressed I went and bought Galaxy S4. I was dismayed that I could not perform lnk to text.
