Sync Multiple Office 365 Accounts In OneNote For Android
Support syncing multiple Office 365 Accounts in OneNote for Android. At the moment, only one Office 365 account can be synced as a "Work or School Account". However, a user may need to sync multiple "work" notebooks under the following scenario:
1. User works at multiple organizations where the notebooks need to be kept separate.
User works at an organization and also has a separate school account where the notebooks need to be kept separate.
User has a personal domain where an Office 365 account has been set up, and also has a work/school account where the notebooks need to be kept separate.
Also, for privacy and business reasons, the user either may not or can not combine the contents of their personal and business Office 365 account's OneNote notebooks and therefore combining the 2 notebooks may not be an option.
Please support syncing multiple (paid) Office 365 accounts in OneNote for Android.
This is so stupid. I used to be able to use multiple accounts but now I cant I have a work account that is a personal account and a personal account that is a personal account. I need to sign into two personal accounts.
Same as posted below - one work, one uni, one private. As Unfortunately many other topics in the O365 environment not thought through / user friendly...

Please can this happen! I need to log into both my work and college accounts - different organisations so can't share them.
Please boost priority on this issue!
I need to log in to my personal and uni account but I have to sacrifice accessing one and access the other on my iPhone. Very annoying. Please fix.

I am so annoyed that I can't log in to work and uni at the same time! nothing else is that restrictive. Most if not all of the other Microsoft apps I use allow me to log both in and then switch between them when needs be.
This functionality should really be used here also. I mean, are you planning to dump OneNote in the near future? Is that why you have not bothered to make it accessible? Why else would you exclude a feature that will just push users into looking for an alternative that does all it?
I love OneNote and it is a great bit of software but without this one feature I'm not sure how long I'll be sticking with it.
I really don't understand this limitation seeing as so many other o365 products for android have the ability to sign into multiple accounts. This is a very unproductive limitation. Please fix ASAP!

Please add this feature. I have two organisational accounts and cannot merge the pages between them for data security reasons (also, why should I have to).
This deficiency spoils an otherwise excellent product that have been using for many years.

Joke is that this was supported in Windows Mobile! You kill windows mobile without relevant replacement.

we really need multiple O365 org accounts, please increase priority
I can't believe it doesn't support this basic feature. This needs to be boosted in priority.

Also a massive issue for me, Personal, University account and work account means I have to pick and choose between uni or work. Massive PITA, are the code bases between Android and IOS really that different here?
yes I have just run into this problem and can't access my onenote school when I am logged into onenote work account
Yes - on Android - if you open one notebook from the OneDrive app, it will authenticate that "new" Work/School account and you'll see all of them afterwards.
I found not a great workaround but one that could help some people. If your android phone has a secure folder by Knox, you can have two one note android apps. One in the secure folder could open to one account and the separate one note android app could open to the other account. You could access both accounts that way but I don't think you could share across them on the phone so it might not be the best option.
One caveat to the above suggestion: if implemented allow movement of pages/sections between notebooks as a default.
If the intent is to replace paper notebooks with OneNote, restricting movement of pages/sections between notebooks makes the application less useful, less capable of meaningful organization. Instead, consider allowing business/organization accounts to tag notebooks as "secure" on an exception basis based on their corporate policy and login which would prevent move/copy of material to notebooks outside the corporate account.
Solution: on your Android device (assume iOS also)
Sign into all of your accounts within the OneDrive app
Open whichever Notebook file within whatever O365 account you choose
It'll auto open the OneNote app and prompt you to sign into whichever O365 account holds the Notebook you opened from the OneDrive app.
Done. You'll have that Notebook sync'd in your OneNote app, even though you can only sign into one O365 account on the OneNote app

Desperately needed. I have two O365 accounts. OneNote for Android needs to catch up.

Please add this feature! Switching between biz accounts is _way_ too slow.
I desperately need this functionality - I have a business account for the self-employed part of my portfolio career but I also need access to the corporate account provided by an organisation I work for. Most of my work is on the go on mobile and tablet.
Or I could cancel my own business account and move it to Google Drive to solve the issue.....
I have 2 accounts and am logged into both on my pc but cannot seem to log into both on android phone.
